PT. SEIWA INDONESIA is committed to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals by integrating sustainability principle into all aspects of our business operations, including water and energy efficiency, waste reduction, climate change mitigation and ecosystem conservation as part of our corporate social and environmental responsibility.

Main activities

Plant donation

In order to improve the environment, PT. MBI handed over plants to the Pasir Jaya sub-district office to be distributed to each Neighborhood Association/Residents Association in the sub-district. In addition, we also distributed plants to teachers and students of Al-Barokah school. We hope that this activity can help improve air quality in the environment and have an impact on reducing CO2.
Repair and maintenance of school facilities and equipment

PT. MBI is committed to improving the quality of education in the surrounding environment. One of the targets for this goal is the School at the Al-Barokah Foundation. We have conduct activity in improving school's building & facility over the years through CSR activity.
Supporting local communities

In order to support surrounding society, PT. MBI through CSR activities distribute plants and agricultural tools to Women Farmers Groups fostered by the sub-district. It is hoped that through this support, the community can be independent and able to learn to process their own needs.
Mangrove planting

PT. SEIWA INDONESIA has planted 1.000 mangrove trees every year since 2022 at Bahagia beach, Muara Gembong, West Java. This activity has two benefits, first one is conservation West Java coast and second one is reducing the CO2 gas. It is said that the 1,000 trees can reduce 12.3 tCO2/year.
